All damaged goods and losses must be reported by email or phone call within 24 hours of receipt of your order. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods. Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made. The goods you receive should be checked before accepting delivery / signing for to the best of your ability. If they have clearly been damaged in transit they should be returned to sender and not signed for, this way we have a basis for a claim against the courier.

We provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days after receipt of delivery. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible, with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a 20% restocking charge and supply postage costs when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
Returning an item that is faulty within the warranty period:
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or becomes faulty in the first 90 days of receipt, we will arrange the uplift of the goods (Please put a copy your invoice with the goods.). Should we be satisfied with the alleged defects, we will either replace the goods if available or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
