Damage
All damaged goods and losses must be reported by email or phone call within 24 hours of receipt of your order. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods. Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made. The goods you receive should be checked before accepting delivery / signing for to the best of your ability. If they have clearly been damaged in transit they should be returned to sender and not signed for, this way we have a basis for a claim against the courier.
Returns
Returning an item, you have purchased by mistake:
We provide as much information within the content of our
product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase.
However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so
within 14 days after receipt of delivery. If you are unsure on compatibility,
please call/email us before making the purchase and we will make the necessary
checks to avoid mistakes. Should you need to return your order, please enclose
a copy of your invoice with the goods. You will have to arrange the return of
the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do
everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition
and if possible, with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost
of the goods, minus a 20% restocking charge and supply postage costs when we
receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge
a restocking charge.
Returning an item that is faulty within the warranty period:
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or becomes faulty
in the first 90 days of receipt, we will arrange the uplift of the goods
(Please put a copy your invoice with the goods.). Should we be satisfied with
the alleged defects, we will either replace the goods if available or arrange a
refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs
incurred.
Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:
If we send you the wrong item, please email or call us, all
goods received in error will be collected and replaced at our cost.

do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased “sold as seen”.

damaged parts, we are very thorough in the way we work and know exactly what we
have sent out as all markings/numbers are recorded. We will not tolerate any
scam artists; we have been in this trade for many years and have a good
knowledge of all scams as we have seen and experienced them all.
