Damaged Or Your Purchase Hasn't Arrived?
All damaged goods and losses must be reported by email or
phone call within 24 hours of receipt of your order. After this period has
lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods. Failure to do this
will invalidate any claims made. The goods you receive should be checked before
accepting delivery / signing for to the best of your ability. If they have
clearly been damaged in transit they should be returned to sender and not
signed for, this way we have a basis for a claim against the courier.
